Career Opportunities

The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland seeks well-qualified faculty, administrators and staff to further its commitment to employ effective and culturally diverse educators. The school is dedicated to delivering a well-rounded program within a traditional college preparatory curriculum and one that encompasses a variety of perspectives. Boys' Latin offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package including tuition remission for faculty and staff sons, and tuition reimbursement for professional development and continuing education.

While Boys’ Latin welcomes inquiries concerning employment throughout the year, school employment contracts run on a fiscal cycle (July-June); therefore, most job openings are posted in February/March and filled prior to the end of the academic year.

The Boys' Latin School of Maryland is an equal opportunities employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.

"I think Boys’ Latin does an exemplary job of getting to know – really know and understand – each boy.   In all three divisions, the teachers work very hard to understand each student’s strengths and weaknesses, so that they can help to further develop the areas where each boy excels, and bolster up any areas that may need a little more attention.  It is a collaborative effort – teachers communicate with the parents, the administration and with each other to ensure that each student is challenged and supported in the best possible way."
