A native of Baltimore, Dr. Blair worked in college admissions and enrollment management for more than 25 years before coming to BL in June 2008. Prior to arriving at BL, she worked at the University of Mary Washington (VA), College of Notre Dame of Maryland and the University of Baltimore (MD), where her roles included Dean of Undergraduate Admissions, Vice President of Enrollment Management and Associate Vice Provost. She is a past president of the Potomac and Chesapeake Association for College Admissions Counseling, and former chair of the editorial board for the National Assn. for College Admissions Counseling’s Journal of College Admissions.
Dr. Blair earned her undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Mary Washington, and her master’s and doctorate degrees in social foundations of education and higher education administration from the University of Virginia.

David Weiner
Mr. Weiner grew up in Farmington, NY, a small suburb of Rochester, NY, and attended the University of Rochester from 2000 to 2004. At UR, he majored in Psychology and History after flirting briefly with pre-medical studies. Upon graduation, Mr. Weiner sprinted to New York City where he worked as a paralegal for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Although he enjoyed the legal profession, he decided in 2006 to pursue a position in undergraduate admissions at his alma mater. Currently, Mr. Weiner is finishing up his Master’s degree in European History at the University of Rochester.
After arriving in July of 2009, Mr. Weiner quickly became involved in the BL community. In the 2010-2011 school year, he will be the varsity squash coach and the adviser for “It’s Academic,” Academic Decathlon, and Jewish Cultural Awareness Club. In his spare time, Mr. Weiner plays basketball, tennis, squash, and reads about politics and German history.
Linda Imhoff
Mrs. Imhoff is a native of Baltimore and grew up right down the street from BL in Mt. Washington. She attended the Shrine of the Sacred Heart, Roland Park Middle and Eastern High School.
Mrs. Imhoff, you could say, has been in education all her life. Two days after graduating from high school, she began working for the Baltimore City Public Schools, first in central office and then at Pimlico Elementary School where she retired after 36 years with the school system. Mrs. Imhoff then worked at Holy Family School (elementary and middle) in Randallstown for two years. She has been working as Administrative Assistant with the College Counseling Office since July 1, 2005.
Mrs. Imhoff loves country crafts, flea markets, and making greeting cards. What she enjoys most, though, is visiting her son and family in Madison, Ohio where she views the sunsets over Lake Erie across the street from her son’s house.
