Employment Opportunities

The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland is interested in attracting, hiring, and welcoming talented faculty, administrators, and staff. The School is committed to employing well-educated, effective, culturally diverse educators who reflect the diverse community in which we live.

The administration and faculty are dedicated to further developing and implementing a well-rounded program within a traditional college preparatory curriculum, and one that encompasses racial, ethnic, religious, cultural, social, and economic perspectives.

While Boys’ Latin welcomes inquiries concerning employment throughout the year, school employment contracts run on a fiscal cycle (July-June); therefore, most job openings are posted in February and filled prior to the end of the academic year.
