In order to measure a candidate’s qualifications, our committees review transcripts, recommendations, and results of standardized testing. Personal interviews and essays (Grades 6 -12 only) provide additional information. While there is no age cutoff for most grade levels, we are conservative about late summer and fall birthdays. For Kindergarten, candidates must be five years old by September 1 of the entry year.
