The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland, an independent K–12 boys’ school, is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Associate to start in spring 2026. This position will be responsible for administering payroll, managing employee benefits, and supporting a range of human resources functions, including verifying payroll and tax reports, reconciling benefits billing, and assisting the finance department in various audits.
Qualified candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least three years of relevant experience. The ideal applicant will be detail oriented and demonstrate strong organizational skills, along with solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience with payroll and HRIS administration is required, as is proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google drive, and database systems. Experience with Paycom is highly preferred. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion is essential.
The salary range for this position starts at $50,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Boys' Latin also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare coverage, life and disability insurance, accident and critical illness protection, a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match.
