Athletic Media Policy
To help keep our athletic events safe and organized, Boys’ Latin requires all non-team personnel to request pre-approval before being on the sidelines during games.
Anyone wishing to be on the sidelines must complete the Sideline Access Request & Waiver Form. Minors will need a parent or guardian’s signature, and anyone selling or commercially distributing photos or videos will be required to carry their own liability insurance.
Approved individuals will receive a game pass for the 2025–2026 school year. Passes are non-transferable and must be displayed at all times.
