Volunteer

Serve as a liaison between your classmates and the School.  In this capacity, you act as both a "friendraiser" and fundraiser. As a friendraiser, you will encourage your classmates to stay involved with Boys’ Latin and help keep them informed of interesting news from campus.  As a fundraiser, you will participate in annual phonathons and other fundraising events.

As a Laker Fund Class Agent, you will be assigned to contact up to twenty parents from your child’s class to raise financial support for The Laker Fund. During the remainder of the year, additional follow-up calls may be necessary.  Each agent will be fully supported by the Director of Annual Giving and the development team. Class agents are crucial to obtaining 100% parent participation in The Laker Fund each year.

Available roles include Laker Fund Chair, Division Chair, Class Lead, and Senior Class Giving Committees.

The Internship Program is based on Boys’ Latin graduates and parents offering our current students opportunities for internship experiences.  Students are always interested in opportunities that will contribute to their education and further their understanding of possible careers or professions. In turn, you will benefit from the strengths of an energy of a Boys' Latin student, who is capable of making real contributions to your place of work.
