Since 1844 Boys’ Latin has educated young men, instilling in each of them the core values of courage, integrity and compassion as embodied in our motto, Esse Quam Videri (to be, rather than to seem).
To ensure that our Laker legacy will continue, we rely on the generous and philanthropic support of our community. Parents, alumni, grandparents, faculty, staff, foundations, and friends make the annual tax-deductible gifts that allow us to maintain our commitment to excellence in education. They give us the financial flexibility to make investments that would not be possible through tuition alone. We are deeply thankful for the gifts of time, talent and resources given by so many in our community. You provide vital resources for our faculty, students and the many programs we are able to offer.
Boys' Latin is excited to welcome Craig Brooks as our new director of development.
Craig comes to us with extensive experience in college and private school fundraising. After seven years of serving as the director of development at Savannah Country Day School, he is thrilled to return to his hometown. Prior to his tenure in Savannah, Craig worked as a major gift officer at the Hun School in New Jersey.
Craig graduated from Johns Hopkins University and was an All-American baseball player for the Blue Jays. He returned to Hopkins to begin his fundraising career, where he created Blue Jays Unlimited, the fundraising arm of Hopkins Athletics. Craig and his wife Amy have two adult children, Tanner and Logan, and three wonderful dogs.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss making a gift, please feel free to contact the development office at email@example.com or call 410-377-5192
