As Boys' Latin's artistic and managing director for the theatre arts program since 1994, speech program coach and senior internship program advisor, Mrs. Molling embodies a genuine joy of teaching our gifted scholars at Boys' Latin. Under her tutelage, our students experience a genuine joy of learning.
Mrs. Molling creates environments where the boys are able to let their imaginations and talents soar and brings to her classes a true passion and talent for the dramatic, as well as a rich knowledge of the theater and a strong skill base gathered through years of experience. Mrs.Molling has worked hard to develop a top-notch theatre arts program that effectively engages BL's students and the larger BL community.

Through her coaching of the speech programs, the heart of our school, Mrs. Molling, works with students' on their presentation skills to bring each student to a confident speech performance level and has witnessed powerful presentations by the students for the larger school community.

When speaking of the senior internship program, she says, "Building a bridge between the upper school experience and the professional world is a very important first step to take together. We are proud of our seniors who one day will become model citizens."
