On Saturday, January 25, BL will host a FIRST LEGO League Maryland Qualifier tournament and a FIRST LEGO League Jr. Expo.

Boys’ Latin third grade teams will showcase their Mission Moon℠ work from 10:00 - 11:30 am in the Carolyn Smith Library. Later, students in grades 5-8 will compete against 20+ local teams in the Into Orbit℠ challenge from 12:30 - 3:15 pm in the Iglehart Center.

These exciting, hands-on events provide FIRST LEGO League teams with an opportunity to showcase their hard work and share their inventions with fellow teams and with the community. It's a day you won't want to miss!

Both events are free and open to spectators. The BL Cafe will serve light breakfast, full lunch, and snacks in the Student Commons at reasonable prices throughout the event.
